Richard’s love affair with the Sunshine Coast occurred when he travelled through the region in 2000. Coming from London he could appreciate the same wonderful climate and lifestyle that draws people to the area on a daily basis. Richard’s foray into property sales was nothing short of natural progression, with 20 years of sales experience under his belt he can modestly attribute his success to his excellent people skills and talent for negotiating. He is in fact a true “people person” with a dedication to premier customer service.
His real-estate experience began in London, where he managed a major family-owned business for eight years. In the UK system, agents specialise in either listing or selling and Richard has had extensive experience in both areas. Once the decision was made to settle on the Coast he thoroughly researched the agencies in the area and decided that Next Property Group offered the work climate that best suited his ideals.
He brings, to both vendors and purchasers alike, a dedication to achieve the best result for them with a minimum of stress. When he’s not negotiating transactions, Richard can be found on the sporting field, particularly soccer which he played competitively in the UK.
